• You cancel with more than 72 hours notice before your scheduled consultation

• Service quality falls significantly below our stated standards

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided in these circumstances:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Dissatisfaction with recommendations based on personal preference
• Changes in your personal circumstances after service delivery
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice
• Services already rendered in full

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our stylists:

• Cancellations or reschedules with 72+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules with 48-72 hours notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling subject to additional fee
• No-shows: No refund, full service fee retained
